Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on vipromptai.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice containing:

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
Identification of the infringing material, including the exact URL(s) on vipromptai.com where it appears.
Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notices

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including your contact information, identification of the removed material and its former URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was mistaken, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location. We may restore the material as permitted by law.

Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights will have their access restricted or terminated.
