1. Digital Products

Premium prompts on VIPromptAI are digital products. They are delivered instantly once your payment is verified, and they cannot be returned or taken back.

2. All Sales Are Final

Because premium content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all payments are final and non-refundable. Please read the premium content description carefully before paying.

3. Exceptions

We will review a refund request case by case only in these situations:

You were charged twice for the same purchase by mistake.
A technical failure on our side prevented you from accessing content you paid for.

To request a review, email soldprompts@gmail.com within 7 days of payment with your payment date, method, and transaction screenshot.

4. No Automatic Renewal

Payments on VIPromptAI are made manually for each purchase period. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge. If you do not pay for the next period, your premium access simply ends when the current period expires.
